I began my wellness journey as a Reiki master and graduated from Makami College in 2017. I specialize in various massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Postnatal, and lymphatic drainage, complemented by dynamic cupping and craniosacral therapy techniques. My passion lies in identifying and treating patterns of dysfunction to alleviate pain and manage chronic conditions. I firmly believe that with commitment and patience, significant improvements in health and well-being can be achieved, even through gentle techniques.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience and an Advanced Therapist at Søle Nordic Wellness Spa. Trained at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, I have a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and human anatomy. I specialize in therapeutic massage, focusing on relieving pain, restoring mobility, and supporting overall well-being. I am dedicated to providing personalized, attentive care and continually refining my skills to ensure the highest quality treatment for every client.

With over 4 years of hands-on experience, I’m a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist passionate about helping clients feel their best. I specialize in deep tissue massage and also offer cupping therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and therapeutic treatments tailored to each client. I focus on chronic headache and migraine relief, helping clients manage pain and restore function. A graduate of CDI College, I’ve built my practice around a personalized, results-driven approach to healing and wellness. I am a fully certified Esthetician and Advanced Clinical Esthetician with four years of experience, dedicated to helping clients look and feel their absolute best. While I enjoy providing a wide range of services, my true passion lies in skincare, customized facials, and body treatments.

I take a results-driven yet deeply relaxing approach to every treatment and enjoy educating clients on at-home care to help them achieve and maintain their desired skin health.  I strive to make sure each client leaves feeling relaxed, confident, and truly cared for—inside and out.

I hold a Medical Aesthetic diploma from Blanche Macdonald and have dedicated two years to refining my skills in Vancouver. My training has equipped me with a strong foundation in the latest aesthetic techniques and practices. I am passionate about enhancing wellness and beauty through my expertise. I am an esthetician, having started my career in 2023 after earning my diploma from the European Institution of Esthetics.
