At Søle Nordic Wellness, we offer more than treatments, we create immersive Nordic wellness experiences rooted in ritual, contrast therapy, and intentional care. We are seeking a skilled and grounded Aesthetician to join our team in a part-time capacity, with a strong focus on evening and weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday required).

About the Role
As an Aesthetician at Søle, you will deliver high-quality facial and body treatments while guiding guests through a calm, elevated, and educational wellness journey. You understand that every touchpoint, from consultation to aftercare, is part of a larger ritual.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facials, body treatments, and skincare services in alignment with Søle protocols

• Deliver an exceptional, guest-centered experience with a calm and professional presence

• Educate guests on skincare routines, products, and the benefits of contrast therapy

• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and Nordic-inspired presentation

• Support the overall spa environment, including transitions between treatments and guest flow

Availability Requirements

• Must be available evenings and weekends

• Priority scheduling: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• Flexibility to support peak hours and seasonal demand

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Aesthetician (Alberta recognized certification required)

• Experience in spa or wellness environments preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills with a grounded, client-focused approach

• Passion for holistic wellness, Nordic spa culture, and guest experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
