Created for intimate gatherings of two to eight, our Nordic Circuit Group Experiences transform contrast therapy into a collective ritual of renewal. With private access to sauna, cold plunge, and salt haven, your group moves through each element, guided by a natural rhythm that restores the body and invites connection. Ideal for celebrations, retreats, and meaningful time with those you cherish.

  • A robe, slippers and a towel are provided for each guest. Your choice of beverage is served in the salt room after the first circuit.

    A Smörgåsbord (Scandinavian charcuterie) can be ordered when booking.

From there, settle into your side-by-side Sæla Relaxation Facials. Slow, rhythmic touch and deeply hydrating care guide the body into a calm, meditative state, softening tension in both the skin and the nervous system.

Finish in our salt haven with a Nordic-inspired smörgåsbord and tea, where you can linger, unrushed, unstructured, and fully present with one another.
