Søle is an adults-only (18+) facility, however teens are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
Service animals are permitted in all spaces with the exception of the sauna and pool. Please present your service animal’s government issued ID upon arrival for admission.
We allow cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your reservation. Please note that less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% service fee and a no-show will be charged the full service fee amount.

Free street parking is available for guests in front of Søle and there is ample parking within the public parking lot behind the building.
For all experiences that include our Nordic Circuit; a clean robe, slippers, and a towel will be provided. Please bring:
bathing suit
water bottle (non-glass)

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, electronic devices are allowed however they must be silenced during all Nordic Experiences and Services.
We recommend not bringing electronics or prescription glasses, especially with metal frames, into the sauna as they can overheat and even cause burns.
We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your Nordic Circuit, Wellness Ritual, or Service.
We are typically booked up to six weeks in advance on weekends and approximately two weeks in advance on weekdays. If your preferred date is unavailable, please join our waitlist.
Nordic Experience guests are provided a complimentary drink their choice: tea, coffee, water or lemon water.
Søle also has a Smörgåsbord (Nordic inspired charcuterie) available through pre-order only.
